Digital Products

Since our services involve the creation of digital artwork and illustrations, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once digital files have been delivered and accepted, standard return policies may not apply.

Revision Process

We work with clients to ensure satisfaction with completed work. If revisions are needed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss adjustments. Revision requests must align with the original project specifications.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in specific circumstances, such as failure to deliver agreed-upon services or significant deviation from project specifications. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of project completion.
